The food here was super fresh and they had a ton of options to choose from. 🍽️ I lucked out and got moved to a quiet room that had its own private bathroom. On top of that, being so close to the harbour was a major bonus.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Cantellerie in Normandy, and I must say that it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional service and attention to detail. the owners, Rodolphe and Laurence, were caring and lovely hosts who made me feel right at home. the charming mid 19th century mansion surrounded by walled gardens provided a tranquil and picturesque setting. My Deluxe double room with a modern and efficient shower was perfect for my three-night stay. the absence of a TV allowed me to fully unwind and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Instead of in-room tea/coffee facilities, I loved sipping tea in the delightful lounge or the well-kept rear garden, where Laurence would bring me local delicacies to try. From homemade yogurt and granola with fresh minted fruit salad to a selection of pastries and homemade jams, every bite was a culinary delight. the bone china cups with saucers for my Earl Grey tea added a touch of elegance. What's more, I was lucky enough to savor a dinner prepared by Rudolphe and Laurence, who are both passionate about cooking. the locally sourced ingredients and recommended wine pairings made it a superb dining experience. Without a doubt, La Cantellerie is something special that I would highly recommend.
No negatives from this place.

The hostess was very attentive in helping me surprise my boyfriend for his birthday. the family room was spacious and we loved the complete sitting room downstairs. the rainshower was wonderful and the breakfast had a nice variety of bread, cheese, ham, and fruit. Parking on the lawn was a nice perk.
Felt very well looked after, no reason to complain.

If you appreciate attention to detail and a personal touch, you can’t do better than choose this accommodation on the Normandy coast. The hosts have created a charming venue in their delightful mid 19th century mansion surrounded by walled gardens in a quiet street within easy walking distance of the seafront and beach. The Deluxe double room with shower was very modern and efficient, and we enjoyed tea in the delightful lounge or in the well-kept rear garden. The exceptional homemade breakfast included fresh minted fruit salad, pastries, homemade jams, and bone china cups. The hosts, who love cooking, prepared a superb dinner with locally sourced ingredients. This place is truly something special. The host is exceedingly attentive, providing excellent advice and a beach hut for use on the lovely and uncrowded beach. The breakfasts are very, very good, featuring homemade jams and jellies, yoghurt, granola. The hosts speak multiple languages and genuinely want guests to have a wonderful time. The hosts' care and dedication are reflected in the details of the house and the culinary surprises in the breakfast. The location is also top-notch, with a short walk to Juno Beach and nearby attractions. The hosts are very caring and lovely, and their home is beautiful. Definitely a place to stay again.
